The purpose of this blogsite is to explore the variety of methods that on-site sketching can be created. The primary emphasis will be on the techniques that I have learned. I will also include references to other artists that provide good examples of a particular style that I want to identify. I welcome comments from bloggers who may want to share their own sketching experiences and offer advice about ways to improve sketching skills for the benefit of myself and other viewers.
